What We Believe

Gods Word

We Believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God. It is without error and never changing. The Bible is trustworthy, true, and what we build our entire life upon. We affirm all 66 books of the Bible, from the Old Testament to the New Testament. As women of God, we treasure the Bible and seek to live out what we read and study each day in loving obedience to our God. (2 Timothy 3:15-17, 2 Peter 1:19-21)

The Gospel

We believe that the Gospel is the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Through the blood of Jesus, shed on Calvary we can be forgiven of all our sins. We are called to as disciples to spread the Good News to all nations. (Matthew 28:19-20)

The Church

The church is the body of Christ that is called to live out God's mission today. It is not a place, but rather the body of believers. (Matthew 28:19-20)

Baptism

After salvation, all believers should follow through in obedience to be baptized. Baptism is a symbol of our own death, burial, and resurrection with Jesus Christ. We are now a new creation ans we live a new life by the power of Jesus! (Matthew 3:16, Romans 6:3-4, Colossian 2:12)

Family

We Believe that marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman. The marriage bed is sacred, and sex is a gift of God between a husband and wife in the confines of marriage. We believe that the wife should love and submit to her husband as the church loves and submits to Christ. We also believe that the husband should love his wife as Christ laid down His life for the church. (Ephesians 5:22-23) We believe in the sanctity of life and that all life is to be honored and preserved (Psalm 139:13-14)
